Do You Sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, we do! Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount and never expire. All gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be used to purchase commitment packages, and may not be used for gratuities.

Gift Certificates, after one year, revert to their original purchase price. Prices of services are subject to change without notice. Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption and Pure Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates.

Do You Accept Certificates From Other Spa Partners?

We accept Spa Week, Spafinder, and Spa Wish for regularly priced service only (not redeemable on products).

These certificates can not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. The certificates will be redeemed in full at the time of check out. Any remaining balance will be placed on a Pure Spa gift card redeemable for service only.

What Time Should I Arrive For My Appointment?

In order for you to truly relax and receive all the great benefits of your service, it is best to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your treatment. Most clients enjoy sitting in our peaceful spa and having some water or tea before their treatment begins.

What Should I Wear?

Clients receiving multiple treatments or massages will be given robes and slippers (if desired). Most clients prefer to remove all undergarments prior to massage in order to receive maximum benefits of the treatment, but removal is not required. Clients changing into robes will be given a garment bag in which to store their outside clothing.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior. If Pure Spa is not notified of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the service, 50% of the expected service fee will be charged or deducted from a gift certificate.

Do I Need A Credit Card Number When Scheduling My Appointment?

A credit card is required when scheduling an appointment.

Can I Bring Children With Me To My Appointment?

Though we love children, we must require all guests in our spa to be at least 13 years of age. Children under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.

Are Cell Phones Permitted?

In order to keep disturbances and distractions to a minimum, we request all cell phones and electronic devices be turned off while in the treatment area.

Are Gratuities Included In The Price Of Your Services?

Gratuities are not included in the prices of our spa services or in gift certificates. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service fee. Unfortunately, gift certificates cannot be accepted for gratuity. Gratuity may be placed on a credit card only if the card is being used as a form of payment for service or product.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted. Prices of services are subject to change without notice.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Product may be returned within 30 days with receipt for full refund. After 30 days, a store credit will be issued. Gift Certificates and Commitment Packages and non-refundable.

Is There Anything Else I Need To Know Before My Visit?

We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought into the spa. Prior to the start of any service, it is your responsibility to inform your therapist about any medical conditions.
