Gift cards have a one (1) year expiration, no exceptions. Gift cards may be purchased up to $100 and must be printed or saved to a safe place immediately. Pure Spa WILL NOT redeem any gift card unless gift card is presented by recipient upon checkout. Please be sure to print the entire certificate, to include the barcode and our policy. Pure Spa is not responsible for your gift card lost or stolen.
